Welcome to Elitefurniturebd.com. These terms & conditions are applicable for all Elite Furniture products. Elite furniture reserves the right to change, modify and update these terms and conditions at any time.

Delivery:

Elite Furniture is committed to deliver its product within 72 hours which products are available in stock.

It will take 10-15 working days for those products which are not available in stock.

Delivery Charge will be applicable for the products below of 3000 tk. Inside Dhaka city delivery charge will be 200 tk and outside Dhaka it will be 500 tk.

Delivery Charge will be free above 3000 tk.

Home delivery is up to the Ground Floor of your home, only if your road is accessible to our Distribution Car.

Fabric: Fabrics shown in images may not be available. In that case Customers are requested to choose from available fabrics.

Color: Color of products will be as color code of products.

Return & Refund Policy

Requirement for a valid return:

Proof of purchase order number or invoice.

Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions are following:

Ø  Valid conditions and reasons to return an item:
- Delivery of defective product
- Delivery of wrong product
- Delivery of the products with missing parts
- Incorrect content on website

Ø  Return/ Replacement Guarantee may not apply in any of the following conditions:
• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
